Hire-Man Pro Graphical Reports module

Welcome to the graphical reports module of Hire-Man Pro, which gives you a visual representation of your data by means of Graphs. This quickly gives you an immediate idea about rising or falling income, costs against returns and areas in your business which may require special attention. As with all Hire-man pro reports these reports may be viewed and filtered through the already familiar reports screen of your existing copy of Hire-Man Pro

To activate this module phone your software vendor to order your copy now. Once you have purchased this module you will be sent an activated copy of Hire-Man and an install file which will install the new reports onto your system.

NOTE: Before running these reports ensure that the report data path is setup correctly in your local options. You will recieve instructions on how to configure this when you purchase your copy of this module.

The Graphical Reports

Product Earnings:   This report will show clearly the earnings for a particular item over a given time period. Or you can compare and range of items or filter by category.
Product Earnings To Cost:   This bar chart will show you dual bands. The first band displays the earnings of a particular item, the second shows the cost of the item. This quickly shows you if an item has produced income to match it's cost.
Invoice Value By Customer: This chart will show you the income from a range of customer accounts. It can be filtered by date. You can immediately see which customers are giving you most business over a given time period.
Invoice Value By Date: This chart shows you the income from your invoices over any given period of time with the bars arranged in monthly periods. This allows you to quickly identify rising or falling business levels and the impact of seasonal variations
Invoice Value By Date And Customer: This chart is a combination of the above two charts and allows you to quickly keep a particular customers business levels in check so you are always aware if there has been a sudden or gradual rise or fall in the business from a particular customer.

Please keep in mind that for these reports it is very important to filter the reports so as not to try and display too much information into one chart at once.
